Consulting activities are reduced to participation in providing prerequisites for the construction of the building, coordination of relations between the design bureau and the client, preparation of investment cost estimates, adoption of work dynamics, monitoring of deadlines and flow of project documentation and construction approvals, selection of construction technology, preparation of a dynamic plan and determination of deadlines for the start of works, selection of general contractor, vendor list of material and equipment suppliers and contracting.
